New Edition of the Nice Classification

As from the 1^st January 2017 a new edition of the Nice Classification (International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks), the 11th, will enter into force. There will be a number of changes, anyway WIPO will not reclassify, in accordance with the new edition, the list of goods and services of an international registration subject, after 31.12.2016, of a renewal, subsequent designation or any other change affecting the list.
