The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore has recently informed WIPO that (according to the Rule 28A(1) of the Singapore Registered Designs Rules) there is a possibility for the international applications designating Singapore to contain a request for deferment of publication for a maximum period of 18 months from the filing date.
