With effect from 11 May 2015, the indivual fee in Estland regarding an international application or Subsequent Designation will be reduced from by now 176 CHF to 151 CHF for one class and from 56 CHF to 47 CHF for each additional class. Furthermore, the renewal fee is reduced from by now 224 CHF to 188 CHF – independent from the number of classes.
Where the mark is a collective mark, the individual fee will be reduced from 240 CHF to 203 CHF for one class and from 56 CHF to 47 CHF for each additional class. Also the renewal fee is reduced from by now 280 CHF to 235 CHF – independent from the number of classes.
This was announced by the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on 31. März 2015.
The modification concerns international applications which are handed in through the Madrid Protocol.
